Customize Daily Log Names

By default, Procore offers a variety of different log types for use in your project's Daily Log tool, such as the Manpower and Notes Logs. However, you can rename Daily Log types to match your company's internal terminology, if needed.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool.

1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.

2. In the Tool Settings section, click Daily Log. You can view a list of Procore's default Daily Log names under the Types tab.

3. In the Custom Name column, click the field next to the default log name you want to rename.

4. Type the desired log name that aligns with your company's terminology.
   Note: The changes are automatically applied across all your projects in Procore.
