Configure Advanced Settings: Bidding

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions for the project's Bidding tool.

  • Additional Information:

    • When you attach a folder of bid documents to an email, it automatically converts the contents into a single zip file.

    • In the User Permissions section, youu can't adjust permissions for Company Admins or users with assigned permission templates here. As a best practice, always manage user permissions through permission templates.

 Important!

You can now choose a specific accounting method for each line item in the 'Field Response Type' column on bid forms, rather than applying one method to the entire bid package.

In the Bid Management Enhanced Experience, new bid packages no longer support the 'Default Bid Package Accounting Method' and 'Enable Non-Itemized Bidding by Default' settings.
