Duplicate a Forecasting View

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool.

Duplicate a View

1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.

2. Under 'Tool Settings', click Budget.

3. Select the Forecasting Views tab.
   

    Tip

   You can also access the 'Forecasting Views' page from a project's Budget tool. Click the ellipsis icon in the top right corner while viewing the 'Forecasting' tab, and select Configure Forecasting Views from the drop-down menu.

4. In the 'Forecasting Views' table, click the ellipsis icon next to the desired forecasting view.

5. Select the duplicate icon from the drop-down list.

Rename the Duplicate View

1. In the 'Duplicate Forecasting View' page, configure the following:

   1. View Name. Enter a new name for the forecasting view by replacing the original forecasting view name.

   2. (Optional) Description. Enter a new description for the forecasting view by replacing the original forecasting view description.

2. Click Save.
