View Coordination Issues

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Coordination Issues tool.

• Additional Information:

  • Some image attachments may include the option to view them in a map view based on the files' GPS coordinates. See Which Procore tools let me view digital image attachments in a map view?

From the Procore Plugin for Coordination Issues

1. Open Navisworks® and your model on your computer. See Getting Started Using the Procore Plugin.

2. With the Procore tab selected, click Issues List.

3. Hover over the issue that you want to view.

4. Click Info.
   Note: If the issue has been elevated to an RFI, you can click the RFI link to view it in Procore at app.procore.com.

5. Optional: Click the Activity tab to view any activity and comments for the issue. See Add or Manage Comments on a Coordination Issue.

From the Documents Plugin for Autodesk

1. Open Revit® on your computer.

2. Navigate to a 3D view in the project browser of Revit®.

3. Click the Procore tab.

4. Click Coordination Issues.

5. In the Coordination Issues side panel, select the project in Procore.

6. On the coordination issue, click the information icon.

From the Coordination Issues Tool ​​​​​​

1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool in Procore.

2. In the All Issues tab, find the issue you want to view.

3. Click the Issue # link to open its details in the side panel. The side panel has two (2) tabs: General and Activity.

4. In the General tab, view this information:

   • Snapshot. To view the issue's model snapshot, hover over the thumbnail and click View.

   • Title. The issue title.

   • Description. A description of the issue.

   • Location. The location of the issue.

   • Due Date. The issue's due date.

   • Priority. The current status of the issue.

   • Assignee. The Procore user responsible for issue resolution.

   • Trade. The relevant trade.

   • Type. The issue type.

   • Source File*. The file name where the issue originated.

   • Created From. The design software for the source file. For example, Navisworks®

   • Activity. For issues that have one or more comments added, a comment icon appears in the column.

5. Optional: To view the issue in full-screen mode, click Open Full Screen.

View Coordination Issues from the Models Tool with the Model Viewer

1. Navigate to the project's Models tool on Procore.

2. Open the relevant model.

3. Click the issues icon.
   This expands the Coordination Issues side bar, where any issues associated with the source file will be shown.

4. Choose which coordination issues you want to view:

   • Click All Issues to see all issues.

   • Click My Issues to see only the issues that are currently assigned to you.

5. Click an issue to see it in context of the model.

   • To open the issue in the Coordination Issues tool to view all details, click the open icon.

   • If there are comments on the issue, click the comment icon to view the Activity feed in the Coordination Issues tool.
