Upload a New Direct Costs File

This content is for participants in the Project Financials: Company Direct Costs beta program.


The Uploads tab in Procore's Financial Management tool helps users to upload and manage Direct Cost Invoices.

Things to Consider

Required User Permissions

  • Additional Information:

    • There is a 5GB file size limit for individual uploads. 

    • You can upload up to15 files at once.

    • You can upload PDFs and image files.

    • Upload files directly from your local drive or from the Company Documents folder.

    • If any of your documents are compressed in a Zip file (.zip), ensure to extract files from a compressed Zip (.zip) file on your computer before uploading to Procore.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Direct Costs tool.

  2. Click the Uploads tab to access the document upload interface.

  3. Click the Upload button to manually add one or more files from your file system. 

  4. You can add direct cost files in one of the following ways: 

    1. Click Upload Files and select the files you want to add from My Computer, Photos, Documents, or Forms options.

    2. Drag-and-drop one or more files from your system.

    3. Click the Company Documents folder. Select the direct cost files.

  5. Click Save to add the direct cost files to the Uploads tab. A message displays, The direct cost was successfully uploaded.
