Import a Bill of Materials from Bluebeam Takeoff

Import Bluebeam takeoff data directly into the Procore Estimating tool to eliminate manual, line-by-line data re-entry and minimize transcription errors. This process uses an intelligent auto-mapping interface to match column headers from your Bluebeam CSV export file directly to fields in Estimating. Uploaded measurements automatically convert into a live, editable estimate to accelerate project handoffs.

• Additional Information:

  • Imported measurements land directly as an editable live estimate and automatically group under the label 'Bluebeam'.

  • Developers can use public API endpoints for programmatic data transfers between Bluebeam and the Estimating tool.

• Export your takeoff measurements and quantities from Bluebeam as a .csv file.

1. Navigate to the project's Estimating tool.

2. Click the Import dropdown menu.

3. Select Bill of Materials (BoM).

4. Select BoM from Bluebeam CSV.

5. Click Upload Files.

6. Select the exported Bluebeam .csv file from your computer.

7. Wait for the file to load, then click Attach.
