Search and Filter Adjustments

• Required User Permissions

Search

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Adjustments tab.

3. Click Summary to view adjustments or Line Items to view line items listed in adjustments.
   

4. Click the search bar and enter your keywords to search one of the following fields:

   • Summary

     • Adjustment

   • Line Items

     • Adjustment

     • Description

     • Item

Filter

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Adjustments tab.

3. Click Summary to view adjustments or Line Items to view line items listed in adjustments.
   

4. Click the filter icon.

5. Select to filter by the following fields:

   • Summary

     • Adjustment Document Name

     • Adjustment Status

     • Created By

     • Date Created

     • Document State

   • Line Items

     • Adjustment Document Name

     • Adjustment Reason

     • Adjustment Status

     • Document State

     • Labels

6. To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or click Clear All.
