Search and Filter Materials Inventory

• Required User Permissions

• Share or save your filtered view by copying or bookmarking its URL.

Search

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Inventory tab.

3. Click Items to view by item or Location to view by location.
   

4. Click the search bar and enter your keywords to search one of the following fields:

   • Description

   • Item

Filter

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Inventory tab.

3. Click Items to view by item or Location to view by location.
   

4. Click the filter icon.

5. Select to filter by the following fields:

   • Item View

     • Labels

   • Location View

     • Labels

     • Location

     • Status

6. To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or click Clear All.
