Void a Shipment

• Required User Permissions

• If all line items are voided, the shipment is also voided.

• You cannot void delivered items or shipments containing delivered items. To void a shipment, you must first void its delivered items on the receipt.

Void a Line Item

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Shipments tab.

3. Click the shipment number.

4. In the 'Items' section, click the void icon next to the line item.

5. Optional: Enter notes.

6. Click Void Line to confirm.

Void a Shipment

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Shipment tab.

3. Click the shipment number.

4. Click the vertical ellipsis for the receipt and select Void Shipment.
   

5. Optional: Enter notes.

6. Click Void Shipment to confirm.
