Search and Filter My Open Items (Android)

My Open Items lists all actionable tasks—such as submittals, RFIs, and inspections—assigned to you.

The items you see depend on your view. At the project level, My Open Items displays tasks exclusive to that specific project. At the company level—via the Consolidated My Open Items Workspace beta (US 2 | UK)—the list dynamically aggregates open items from across all projects and companies.

• Required User Permissions

1. Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

2. Tap your avatar circle to navigate to the Sidebar screen.

3. Tap My Open Items.

4. Tap the filter icon or the respective filter drop-down menu to sort or filter by the following fields:

   • Sort By

     • Due Date

     • Item Type A-Z

   • Company

   • Project

   • Progress

   • Item Type
