About Safety Hub (Company)

Reducing risk and minimizing incidents requires a layered safety strategy that prioritizes proactive hazard identification. While site-specific plans and worker training provide the foundation for safety, the company level Safety Hub provides the centralized view necessary to manage these efforts across your entire portfolio.

The Safety Hub acts as a jumping-off point for Safety Directors and stakeholders to monitor compliance and identify risks. By consolidating data from Observations, Inspections, and Incidents into scannable charts, the hub allows you to drive meaningful action and increase efficiency across all company projects.

Features

• Access a high-level overview of safety health across all company projects from a single tab.

• Upload and store critical safety documents (such as SOP manuals or safety policies) directly from your computer or the Documents tool for quick reference.

• Click on individual bars or segments within charts to open a sidebar containing the specific records that make up that data point.

• Monitor the status of observations across the entire company.

• Track the total count of open versus closed inspections across all projects.

• View a total count of reported incidents aggregated by project to identify high-risk sites.

• This feature is currently in open beta and is available to Procore customers by opting into the Procore Safety Hub Beta through Procore Explore.

Required Permissions:

• 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Home tool.

1. Navigate to the your company Home.

2. Click the Safety Hub tab.

3. View the available safety cards:

   • Company Safety Documentation: Click Upload to add safety manuals or SOPs from your computer or Company Documents.

   • Observations by Project: Monitor overdue and upcoming observations across all project sites.

   • Inspections by Project: Compare the count of open versus closed inspections.

   • Incidents by Project: View a total count of incidents reported for each project.

4. To view a summary of chart data:

   • Hover your mouse over a bar or segment within a chart.

   • Note: A summary preview appears and displays a visual snapshot of the records associated with that data point.

5. To view the full list of records:

   • Click a bar or segment within a chart.

   • Note: A sidebar appears and displays the individual records for that metric.

6. To access specific details, do one of the following:

   • Click an individual item in the sidebar to view that specific record.

   • Click View All to navigate to a filtered list in the corresponding tool (e.g., the Observations tool).

7. Click the ellipsis icon to switch to a line chart view.
