Fill a Resource Request (iOS)

Resource Planning on mobile is in beta and available to customers who have project syncing enabled.

Things to Consider

Required User Permissions
- Note: Currently, users must have the 'Edit / Delete Others Requests' granular permission to see requests on the mobile app.
Project syncing is required to see assignments on the Procore mobile app. See What is Data Syncing for Resource Planning?
If you cannot see the Resource Planning tool on the mobile app, please contact support.

Any user can be assigned to fill a request, even if they do not meet the requirements in the request, such as having the requested certifications.

Steps

Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
Select the project.
Tap the Resource Planning tool.
Navigate to the date of the request.
Tap the request.
Tap the horizontal ellipsis and select Fill Request.
Select a person to fill the request.
Optional: Update any of the assignment information.
Tap Fill Request.
