Import Locations with the Procore BIM Plugin
Background
Eliminate rework by importing Autodesk® Revit® room hierarchies and floor plans directly into your project's Locations tool using the Procore BIM Plugin. This plugin bridges the gap between design and field execution, allowing your entire team to reference the same location data for project tracking and model viewing.
Things to Consider
For the Procore BIM Plugin, check Required User Permissions.
Additional Information:
Importing adds new locations without replacing existing ones. To make changes, see Edit Locations.
You can also use one of the following methods to create locations:
Locations tool: Create locations or sub locations manually. See Create Locations Manually.
Procore Imports: Import your locations into your project's Locations tool from a spreadsheet. See Import Locations into your Project Level Admin Tool (Procore Imports).
Use Procore Support:
Review the "Instructions" and "Sample Data" tab.
Complete the "Add Data Here" tab.
Request a 'Multi-tiered Location Import' from Procore Support.
Steps
Download and install the Procore BIM Plugin on the same Windows® computer running your Autodesk® Revit® software.
