Procore Model Manager - Beta Access & Feedback

The Model Manager (Beta) tool is exclusively available to registered beta participants. It is not available through Procore Explore. To learn more, see Beta Participant Guide.

  • To access the beta and provide feedback Show/Hide Details

    • To register: Participating companies must sign the Procore Beta Agreement. Once signed, your Procore Administrator coordinates with your Procore point of contact to enable Model Manager (Beta) on specific Procore projects.

    • To Provide Feedback During Beta: Contact your dedicated Beta program lead.

    • To report issues: Report breaking changes to Procore Customer Support. For general feedback or non-critical issues, contact your Beta program lead or Procore point of contact.

    For information about Beta Services, see the Procore Subscription Services Agreement. This documentation supports a product currently in Beta; content is actively being developed for General Availability (GA) and may be incomplete.

Currently, only Admin permissions are available. 'Read-Only' and 'Standard' permission levels are coming soon.

The Next-Gen Viewer allows you to view object properties for elements in the model. You can either select the 3D object and use a shortcut menu or you can highlight the object in the Properties panel to highlight it in the model.

Steps

Follow these steps to open the Properties sheet, where you can select and view object property details.

  1. Launch the Procore Mobile app on your device.

  2. Go to the desired Procore project.

  3. Tap the Model Manager tool.

  4. Open a model or project view.

  5. Use one of these options to open the Properties sheet:

    • Select and view details from Object Properties Show / Hide Steps

      1. In the lower toolbar, tap the General icon to reveal the available features.

      2. Tap Object Properties .

      3. Mark the checkboxes next to the object(s) to inspect. When selected, objects turn red in the 3D space.

    • Select and view details from the Object Tree Show / Hide Steps

      1. In the lower toolbar, tap the General icon to reveal the available features.

      2. Tap Object Tree .

      3. Enter keywords in the Search Properties box to find objects.

      4. Mark the checkboxes next to the object(s) to inspect. When selected, objects turn red in the 3D space.

    • Select and view details from the Actions menu Show / Hide Steps

      1. Tap an object in the 3D space to select it. The selected object turns red.

      2. Long press Actions and choose View Properties to open the Properties sheet.

      3. Mark the checkboxes next to the object(s) to inspect. When selected, objects turn red in the 3D space.
