Add Notes to the Bid List
Background
When managing a bid package, you may want to document specific details about a bidder—such as communication logs, qualification updates, or internal reminders—without sharing that information with the bidder. Adding internal notes to the bid list ensures your preconstruction team stays aligned and has all the necessary context when evaluating potential subcontractors.
Things to Consider
Required User Permissions on the project's Bidding tool.
Additional Information:
You can add as many notes as necessary. The most recently created note is shown first.
Expand the text box if you need more space to enter the note.
Steps
Navigate to your project's Bidding tool.
Click the name of the relevant bid package.
Hover over the 'Notes' column for the company and click + Add Note.
Enter your note.
Click Add Note to save the note.
