Send a Procore Project to ERP for Accounting Acceptance

To add a new Procore project to your ERP system, you first need to send the project to the ERP Integrations tool for accounting acceptance. After acceptance, the project is exported to to your ERP system.

• Required User Permissions on the Project Admin tool.

• Additionl Information:

  • If you've previously synced the project, the button displays Re-send to ERP.

• Create a New Project.

  • When creating a project, select ERP-sync this Project in the 'ERP Integrations' section to allow the project to sync with your accounting system.

• Add ERP Standard Cost Codes to a Project.

• Assign Default Cost Types To ERP Standard Cost Codes.

1. Navigate to the project's Admin tool.

2. Under Project Settings, verify that General is selected.

3. Click Send to ERP.
