Create an Inspection Schedule

Les inspections peuvent souvent être planifiées et, dans certains cas, avoir lieu régulièrement. Lors de la planification des inspections, vous pouvez créer des plannings récurrents à partir d’un modèle de projet d’inspection existant. Vous pouvez également planifier une seule instance d’une inspection pour une date ultérieure.

  • Schedules group by template: Inspection schedules automatically group by their associated template.

  • Set creation lead times: You can choose how many days before the due date an inspection instance is created.

  • Working days apply: Due dates automatically adjust to your project's configured working days.

  • Edit fields in the template: You must modify the Type, Trade, and Description fields directly within the inspection template itself.

  • To create a inspection schedules for equipment, you must first configure the following settings:

    • The Equipment tool must be enabled for your project. See Add and Remove Project Tools.

    • Equipment records must be added to your project. See Add or Remove Equipment from Projects.

    • Equipment must be enabled on your configurable fieldset for inspections. See Edit Configurable Fieldsets.

• Create a Company Level Inspections Template

• Add Company Level Inspection Templates to Your Project OR Create a Project Level Inspection Template

1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.

2. Click Create.
   Note: If your company doesn't have Company level inspection templates set up, you will first need to create an inspection template before this button will be active.

3. Select Inspection Schedule.

4. From the drop-down menu, select a default inspection template from the list of templates.
   Note: You must Add an Inspection Template to Your Project if you haven't done this yet.

5. Enter the relevant information for each field. Afficher/Masquer les champs

   • Name

   • Frequency

   • First Inspection Due Date

   • Days Created Before Due Date

   • End By

6. Enter the relevant inspection information for each field. Afficher/Masquer les champs

   • Location

   • Distribution

   • Private

   • Spec Section

   • Assignee(s)

   • Responsible Contractor

   • Point of Contact

   • Description

   • Attachments

7. Click Create.

8. Optional: Under Inspection Items Preview, review the inspection items and their response options.

9. Click Create.
