Manage In-Progress Submittals
The Submittal Insights card provides an at-a-glance summary of the submittal status.
Key Indicators:
Ball In Court (BIC): Shows the current person responsible for the submittal.
Submittal Progress Indicator: Displays whether a submittal is On-Track, Off-Track, Paused, or Overdue based on the Final Due Date
Important Note: Once a workflow starts (when the Ball in Court email is sent), all calculations move forward from the Open-By Date rather than backward from the Final Due Date. This ensures every participant receives their contractually allotted review time.
