Delete an Email

If you want to remove an email from the Emails tool's main Inbox, you can archive it, mark it as spam, or send it to the Recycle Bin. However, if you want to permanently delete an email, you can do so from the Recycle Bin or Spam views.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Emails tool.

• Prerequisites:

  • The email message must exist in the Emails - Inbox page.

• Additional Information:

  • You can archive an email, mark it as spam, or send it to the Recycle Bin.

  • Emails in the Spam or Recycle Bin views can be permanently deleted.

Send an Email to the Recycle Bin

1. Navigate to the project's Emails tool.

2. Hover over the desired email and click the Delete icon.
   Note: The system immediately sends the selected message to the Recycle Bin.

Permanently Delete an Email

1. Navigate to the project's Emails tool.

2. Click on the Spam or Recycle Bin inbox to locate the email.

3. Select the email you want to permanently delete.

4. Click Delete.

5. Confirm the deletion.
   Note: The email cannot be recovered.
