- This item or asset can be viewed in offline mode provided that the item or asset was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device.

When you open the Inspections tool, a consolidated sync header appears at the top of the screen to show data download progress.

Progress & Status: Shows real-time percentage completion and status as inspection data and attachments download.
Estimated Time Remaining: Displays a dynamic calculation of time remaining based on payload size, remaining item count, and network speed.
Sync Configuration: Tap the gear icon in the sync header to filter which items download (e.g., by status or time window) to speed up download times.

Navigate to the project's Inspections tool from an iOS mobile device.
(Optional) Monitor the Sync Header at the top of the screen to track download progress or tap the gear icon to modify your sync settings.
Scroll to view the inspections in the project. See Search for and Filter Inspections (iOS).
Note: If you do not see an inspection you are looking for, it may be excluded based on your current sync settings.
The following information is displayed next to each inspection:
- The assignees
- A circular progress graph indicating the number of inspection items that have been completed
- The status
- The due date
Tap the inspection you want to view.
The inspection's Title, Due Date, Status, and Location are displayed.
The following sections can also be viewed:
- General Information:
  Note: Tap Show to expand the section
- Signatures: If signers have been added to the inspection and have entered their signature, tap Signed next to a signature to view it.
