Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Locations tool.
The Locations page appears with the List View and Map panes.

  2. To search and filter locations, do the following:

    1. Use the search bar in the Icon List View 1 List view table to find locations by name or code. This filters both the list and the map simultaneously.

    2. Use the Map Filter dropdown menu in the Icon List View 1List view table to filter by "Mapped" or "Unmapped" locations.

  3. In the Icon List View 1 List view, select one of the following options from the Map Filter dropdown menu:

    1. All - To view all locations (including mapped and unmapped). When this option is selected, you can view locations either in theicon-tree-viewTree View or the Icon List View 1List View table.

    2. Mapped - To view mapped locations that are added to the map. When this option is selected, you can view locations only in the Icon List View 1 List View table.

    3. Unmapped - To view unmapped locations that are not added to the map. When this option is selected, you can view locations only on the Icon List View 1 List View table. See Add Locations to the Map.
Note: The icon-tree-viewTree view is not available for Mapped and Unmapped locations. You can view all locations in the icon-tree-viewTree View table.

  4. To view a location on the map pane, select Mapped and then choose the location from the Icon List View 1List View table.
The Map pane displays the location automatically on the right side of the Locations page. It also displays a Details Card with the selected location's information, such as coordinates, length, or area and perimeter details.

  5. To view locations in the icon-tree-viewTree View table, select All and then choose the desired location.
If the selected location is already mapped, then the Map pane automatically displays the location details.
