Connexions multidirectionnelles
Procore Connect allows a single project to act as both a Sender and a Receiver for the same tool (RFIs and Submittals) across different project connections. This capability eliminates manual double data entry, allowing Subcontractors, General Contractors, and Owners to collaborate seamlessly without leaving their own Procore environments.
How it Works
Bi-directional Local Data Flow: Within a single project, you can receive incoming RFIs or Submittals from an upstream partner (e.g., General Contractor) while separately sending your own locally created RFIs or Submittals to a downstream partner (e.g., Subcontractor).
Local Data Protection: Only locally created records originated within your project can be sent to connected partners.
No Forwarding: You cannot forward External Items (records received from another connected project) to a third party or connected project.
Example Use Case
Project A creates RFI-001 and syncs it to Project B as an External Item.
Project B creates its own internal record, RFI-SC-001. Project B can send this locally created item downstream to Project C.
