From the Company Timesheets tool, you can create timecards for employees for any project. By supporting unique custom fields and fieldsets for every project, the tool ensures data accuracy while streamlining payroll and compliance.
The timecard form reflects the configurable fieldset, custom fields, time entry method, and overtime rules for the respective project.
Navigate to the Company level Timesheets tool.
Click Create.
Select New Weekly Timesheet.
Select Copy From Previous to copy a previous timesheet that you created.
Select the Employee and Work Week.
Click Copy.
Under 'Employees', search for and select the employee.
Click Add Timecard.
Select the date for the timecard.
Select a project.
Enter the timecard information.
Click Submit.
