The Qualifications Management Hub is a digital solution designed to help General Contractors (GCs) maintain a safer and more compliant job site. By centralizing field worker certifications and leveraging NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, this feature simplifies the verification process and reduces the administrative burden of manual tracking.

Enhanced Site Compliance: Ensure that only qualified personnel perform specialized tasks (such as crane operation or scaffolding) by digitizing training backgrounds.
Streamlined Field Verification: Reduces time spent manually checking physical cards. Superintendents can "deep link" to a worker’s Procore profile simply by tapping a mobile device to an NFC-enabled helmet or scanning a QR sticker.
