Navigate to the Qualifications Management Hub

The Qualifications Management Hub is the central dashboard for tracking workforce compliance across your entire company. Depending on your account settings, you can access the Hub directly from your initial login screen or through the Portfolio tool.

Option 1: Access via Procore Home (Beta Users)

If your company has enabled the Procore Home Beta, the Qualifications Management Hub is integrated directly into your primary landing page.

  1. Log in to Procore.

  2. Upon login, you will land on the Procore Home view.

  3. Look for the Qualifications Management dashboard card.

  4. This card provides a high-level snapshot of compliance data immediately, without requiring further navigation.

Option 2: Access via the Portfolio Tool

For users not using the Procore Home Beta, or those who prefer navigating through standard tools, the Hub is located within the Portfolio tool.

  1. Log in to Procore at the Company level.

  2. Open the Portfolio tool from the tool selector.

  3. In the secondary navigation bar (typically next to "Projects"), click the Qualifications Management tab.

  4. This will open the full Hub dashboard where you can filter by project, category, or expiration status.

Troubleshooting & Access

  • Missing the Tab? If you are part of the Closed Beta but do not see the Qualifications Management tab in your Portfolio tool, please contact your Customer Success Engineer (CSE). They can ensure your account configuration is correctly set for the beta.

  • Permissions: You must have 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Company level Portfolio tool to view the Hub.
