    • How to Provide Feedback During Beta: Contact your dedicated Beta program lead.

    • How to report critical issues: Report breaking changes to Procore Customer Support. For general feedback or non-critical issues, contact your Beta program lead or Procore point of contact.

Currently, only Admin permissions are available. Procore will add more permission levels later.

Procore allows users to store and process 3D models directly within the platform, streamlining the transition from file storage to model coordination. By centralizing discipline files in the Documents or Document Management tools, project teams can ensure they are working with the most current data before aggregating individual files into a federated project model.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions: Depends on your project's chosen document repository. See Document Management or Documents.

  • Additional Information:

    • Supported File Format: Users can upload supported model files directly in their project's chosen document repository. See What file formats does the Model Manager support and do I need to manually process them?

    • Manual PDF Processing: If you upload PDF file, it is not automatically processed by the system and must be processed manually.

    • Federation Readiness: Once your project's discipline files are uploaded and processed in the document repository, you can add them to the federated project model.

    • Approval Requirements: For Document Management, new files and versions must be in the Approved or Approved with Comments status before you can add them to the federated project model.
