If you have more than one or two users, it is a best practice to manage user access permissions with a Project Permissions Template instead of manually configuring access as described on this page. For instructions, see Manage User Access with a Project Permissions Template.
Once Procore activates Model Manager (Beta), Admins can click the Configure Settings icon at the top left to open the Model Manager Settings page. In this page, use the Permissions tab to grant Procore users from the Project Directory tool access. Note that any changes you make save automatically.
Required User Permissions Currently, only Admin permissions are available. Procore will add more permission levels later.

Follows these steps to grant project users access to the Model Manager (Beta) tool.
Navigate to the Model Manager (Beta) tool.
Click the Configure Settings icon.
In the Model Manager Settings page, click the Permissions tab. This is the only tab.
Start typing the user's name in the Search box. This filters the table to match your entry.
Select the project user.
Grant the project user the appropriate permission level.
Any changes save automatically.
