To create a Potential Change Order from an RFI, the following must also be true:

  • The RFI is created.

  • The prime contract must be in the 'Approved' status.

  • The Change Events tool must be disabled on the project, and the Prime Contracts tool must be configured for two (2) or three (3) tier change orders.
