Important: When You'll Be Challenged

To help ensure your data remains protected, organizations enforcing Procore MFA Settings must verify their identity at the following touchpoints:

  • Procore Web Login: An MFA code is required for every login to the Procore web application.

  • Session Idle Timeout: By default, Procore sessions do not expire due to inactivity. A different setting may be established by your organization during initial Procore implementation. Only your Procore Administrator can submit a request to change the configuration set at implementation. Procore Support cannot modify these settings for individual users. For details, see Enable Security Settings for Logins, Passwords, and Session Timeout Intervals.
