Meetings/Templates

This is the simplest way to create meeting agendas, as it helps your company develop common meeting templates that work well for your project teams. It also limits the amount of repetitive data entry for members of your project team.

Company Level → Applies to all Projects automatically

Inspections/Templates

Creating Inspections templates at the Company level allows you to easily use the same or similar templates across your projects without having to remake them each time. You may also make a new inspection template at your Project level, or you can modify an existing Company level template to for your project's unique needs.

Company Level → Must be applied to all projects manually or added to Standard Project Template

Punch List/Templates

Allows Procore users to create a library of common punch list items which can be organized into categories. Default trades and assignees can be assigned to these common punch list items per Project.

Company Level → Applies to all projects automatically

Documents/Folder Structure

Creating a folder structure for a project provides an organized view of all of the project's documents that you can use on every project in Procore going forward.

Standard Project Template → Carries forward on new projects that are created from the Project Template

Budget/Budget Views

Using the Company level Admin tool, you can create and customize a budget view to assign to your Project level Budget tool.

Company Level Budget View→ Assign a view to a project and then apply the view to the assigned project's Budget tool.
