Prerequisites
Materials must be received before a request can be approved. See .
When you approve a materials request, an Issue ticket is automatically generated.
Steps
Navigate to the project's Materials tool.
Click the Control tab.
Click the Requests sub tab.
Click the request number.
Next to 'Document Status', click the status and select Approve Request.
Optional: Enter comments.
Click Approve.
