Allow or Disallow Users to Create Locations within a Tool

Les lieux sont généralement créés dans le Gestionnaire des lieux de l’outil Admin du projet. Les administrateurs peuvent choisir de limiter la création de lieux au Gestionnaire des lieux ou d’autoriser les utilisateurs à ajouter de nouveaux lieux dans d’autres outils, en fonction d’un paramètre de l’outil Gestionnaire des lieux.

• Informations complémentaires :

  • Ces paramètres ne sont disponibles que si vos lieux d’origine ont été créés manuellement ou importés.

1. Navigate to the project's Admin tool.

2. In the 'Project Settings' menu, click Locations.
   

3. Under 'Location Settings', select or clear the Only Allow Locations to be Created in the Location Manager Above box:

   • To allow users to create locations from other Procore tools, remove the mark from the checkbox.
     OR

   • To restrict users from creating locations from other Procore tools, mark the checkbox. This means that users with 'Admin' level permission on the project's Admin tool must use the Location Manager to create locations.
     Note: Any change to this setting is saved automatically.
