Deployment Status & Regional Availability

Model Manager, Procore’s next-generation replacement for the Models tool, officially launches in General Availability across the UK and Ireland (UKI) on October 15, 2026, alongside a global Beta for all other regions. Procore Mobile App (iOS/Android) support is also live in Beta as Procore continues to transform 3D model workflows. Stay tuned for additional features in future releases.

Model Manager Beta: Access & Guidelines

  • Registration: Participating companies must sign the Procore Beta Agreement. Once signed, your Procore Administrator will coordinate with your Procore point of contact to enable Model Manager on specific projects. It is not available in Procore Explore.

  • Support & Feedback: Please report critical or breaking issues directly to Procore Customer Support. For general feedback, feature requests, and non-critical issues, contact your dedicated Beta program lead or Procore point of contact.

  • Beta Notice: This feature and its supporting documentation are in active development. Beta services are provided strictly "as is" for evaluation purposes, carry no standard warranties or liability, and are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. For full terms, please refer to the Procore Subscription Services Agreement.

The Procore for Mobile app (iOS/Android) connects your federated 3D model directly to the Procore tools your teams already use in the field — Assets, Documents, Document Management (PDM), Drawings, Coordination Issues, Inspections, Observations, Punch List, and RFIs. Each integration lets you view, pin, or link project data against physical model geometry from a mobile device, with some configuration and bulk actions reserved for web.

Purpose

Mobile Capabilities

Mobile Exclusions

Assets

Locate, track, and review equipment status directly against 3d model geometry.

  • Visually locate, review, and track equipment

  • View assets in the model

  • Highlight and zoom to 3D geometry via list view

  • Use Status Mode for color-coded status visualization

  • View auto-mapped model objects in the Related Items tab

  • Extracting or creating assets

  • Querying 3D models with the Search Constructor

  • Creating manual geometry-based asset links must be performed on the web

Coordination Issues

Pin, view, and reset design conflicts directly on model geometry.

  • Pin, view, and reset design conflicts

  • Capture camera perspective for BCF-compliant viewpoint recall

  • Linking existing coordination issues to physical objects is disabled

  • Automating or mass-pinning clash groups from Autodesk® Navisworks® is not supported

Documents

Stream and navigate discipline model files from your Procore project's Documents tool.

  • Stream and navigate trade model files

  • Open processed RVT, IFC, NWD, NWC, and 3D DWG design files

  • Uploading new model versions, editing file parameters, and initiating model federations must be done on the web

  • 3D takeoff on Revit® files is deprecated when the Next-Gen Viewer processing pipeline is active

Document Management

Stream approved model files from the project's Document Management folders.

  • View and stream processed 3D files Document Management tool folders

  • Moving drawings or models through approval workflows and setting up folder pathways must be completed on the web

Drawings

Overlay and navigate 2D sheets (PDF drawings) agains the 3D model.

  • Overlay and view 2D sheets against 3D models

  • Teleport camera to coordinates via long-press Toggle overlays

  • Use Go to Drawing links to project pins on 2D sheets

Aligning 2D sheets to the 3D model (using A/B calibration points and elevations) is restricted to the web

Inspections

Link quality and safety checklists to physical model elements.

  • Link quality and safety checklists to 3D elements

  • Use Select Similar to link multiple items

  • Use Status Mode for color-coded status visualization

  • Generating a new inspection template or record directly from the Next-Gen Viewer is not supported

Observations

Capture and resolve safety, quality, or commissioning observations with 3D pins.

  • Capture, assign, and resolve observations

  • Drop active 3D pins

  • Tap cards to pan and zoom to captured viewpoints

  • Linking existing observations to physical elements is disabled

Punch List

Capture, assign, and track closeout items against model geometry.

  • Capture, assign, and track closeout items

  • Place coordinate pins on defects; associate records with geometry

  • View status-based color-coding

  • Connecting multiple punch list records to a single object in one action is unsupported (must link one at a time)

RFIs

View and link formal information requests to physical trade geometry.

  • Connect formal requests to trade geometry

  • Highlight and isolate linked geometry; map objects to existing RFIs

  • Creating a new RFI record directly from the Next-Gen Viewer is not supported
