Model Manager, Procore’s next-generation replacement for the Models tool, officially launches in General Availability across the UK and Ireland (UKI) on October 15, 2026, alongside a global Beta for all other regions. Procore Mobile App (iOS/Android) support is also live in Beta as Procore continues to transform 3D model workflows. Stay tuned for additional features in future releases.

Model Manager Beta: Access & Guidelines

  • Registration: Participating companies must sign the Procore Beta Agreement. Once signed, your Procore Administrator will coordinate with your Procore point of contact to enable Model Manager on specific projects. It is not available in Procore Explore.

  • Support & Feedback: Please report critical or breaking issues directly to Procore Customer Support. For general feedback, feature requests, and non-critical issues, contact your dedicated Beta program lead or Procore point of contact.

  • Beta Notice: This feature and its supporting documentation are in active development. Beta services are provided strictly "as is" for evaluation purposes, carry no standard warranties or liability, and are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. The context menu provides a centralized way to control how you view and interact with 3D model data. It allows you to declutter your view, find similar items across the entire project, and inspect details without losing the overall context of the model.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Tap the Procore icon on your device to launch the Procore Mobile app.

  2. Find and tap the project to open.

  3. Tap Model Manager in the My Tools menu.

  4. View a model.

  5. Tap an object in the model to open the context menu.

    1. Review the object's title at the top of the menu.

    2. Scroll the menu to see all available actions.

  6. Choose from these options:

Choose

Behavior on Web and Mobile

Hide > Hide Selected

Hides only the selected object from the current view.

Hide > Hide Similar

Hides all objects in the model that share the same properties as the selected object.

View Properties

Opens the properties panel for the selected object.

Add Section Plane

Creates a cross-section view at the selected object's location to help you inspect internal model details.

Zoom to Selection

Adjusts the camera view to focus on the currently selected objects.

Select Similar

Selects every object in the model that matches the attributes of your current selection.

Isolate

Hides all other objects in the model so only your selection remains visible.

Isolate in X-Ray Mode

Keeps your selection in focus while turning all other objects transparent to provide visual context.

Links 3D model objects to items from supported projects tools.
