Model Manager, Procore’s next-generation replacement for the Models tool, officially launches in General Availability across the UK and Ireland (UKI) on October 15, 2026, alongside a global Beta for all other regions. Procore Mobile App (iOS/Android) support is also live in Beta as Procore continues to transform 3D model workflows. Stay tuned for additional features in future releases.

Model Manager Beta: Access & Guidelines

  • Registration: Participating companies must sign the Procore Beta Agreement. Once signed, your Procore Administrator will coordinate with your Procore point of contact to enable Model Manager on specific projects. It is not available in Procore Explore.

  • Support & Feedback: Please report critical or breaking issues directly to Procore Customer Support. For general feedback, feature requests, and non-critical issues, contact your dedicated Beta program lead or Procore point of contact.

  • Beta Notice: This feature and its supporting documentation are in active development. Beta services are provided strictly "as is" for evaluation purposes, carry no standard warranties or liability, and are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Background

The most popular way to use Procore on a job site is to install the mobile app on your smartphone or tablet. Stay in-sync with your project team at all times, whether you're in the office or on the job site. With Procore's mobile app, you can also work in offline mode. All of your changes in offline mode will be saved locally and will later be automatically synced with Procore once a network connection is re-established.

Things to Consider

Prerequisites

  • App Store Access: You must have a valid Apple ID to download the Procore Mobile App (iOS) from the Apple App store.

  • Procore User Account: You must have an existing Procore user account created by your company's Procore Administrator to log into the mobile app.

  • Procore Access Permissions: While you can download the mobile app without them, you won't see any data unless your Admin has added your user account to a Project Directory and granted you at least 'Read Only' permissions to the relevant Procore tools.

Steps

  1. Find and open the App Store from your iOS device.

  2. Tap the Search icon.

  3. Enter "Procore" in the search field and then select it from the results.

  4. Tap Get to download the Procore app. The app will download to your iOS device.

  5. Tap to open and use.

Note: You can log into the app with your existing Procore credentials (email and password).
