Procore Model Manager - Beta Access & Feedback

The Model Manager (Beta) tool is exclusively available to registered beta participants. It is not available through Procore Explore. To learn more, see Beta Participant Guide.

    • To register: Participating companies must sign the Procore Beta Agreement. Once signed, your Procore Administrator coordinates with your Procore point of contact to enable Model Manager (Beta) on specific Procore projects.

    • To Provide Feedback During Beta: Contact your dedicated Beta program lead.

    • To report issues: Report breaking changes to Procore Customer Support. For general feedback or non-critical issues, contact your Beta program lead or Procore point of contact.

Procore is finalizing functionality and documentation for general availability in the UK and Ireland (UKI). Please check back here for updates.

After mapping a 2D sheet to a 3D model and calibrates the navigation points, an Admin must enable 2D navigation for minimaps. This allows field teams on mobile devices to open the 2D Minimap and tap-and-hold (long press) any location on the 2D sheet to teleport the 3D camera to the exact coordinates in the 3D space.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Model Manager (Beta) tool.

  2. View a model.

  3. Click 2D Sheets to open the side panel.

  4. Locate your newly mapped 2D Sheet(s).

  5. Click the More (⋮) menu for the 2D sheet and choose Use for 2D Navigation from the menu.

Once enabled, the sheet creates an interactive 2D Minimap for use in the Procore web application and on the Procore for Mobile app (iOS/Android).

Tip

Want to disable 2D navigation for a 2D sheet? To stop using one or more 2D sheets for navigation, choose Do Not Use for 2D Navigation from the menu. This option only appears when the sheet is enabled.
