Procore Model Manager - Beta Access & Feedback

The Model Manager (Beta) tool is exclusively available to registered beta participants. It is not available through Procore Explore. To learn more, see Beta Participant Guide.

  • To access the beta and provide feedback Show/Hide Details

    • To register: Participating companies must sign the Procore Beta Agreement. Once signed, your Procore Administrator coordinates with your Procore point of contact to enable Model Manager (Beta) on specific Procore projects.

    • To Provide Feedback During Beta: Contact your dedicated Beta program lead.

    • To report issues: Report breaking changes to Procore Customer Support. For general feedback or non-critical issues, contact your Beta program lead or Procore point of contact.

    For information about Beta Services, see the Procore Subscription Services Agreement. This documentation supports a product currently in Beta; content is actively being developed for General Availability (GA) and may be incomplete.

Currently, only Admin permissions are available. 'Read-Only' and 'Standard' permission levels are coming soon.

Create or edit a project permissions template in the Permissions tool to simplify managing user access to Model Manager (Beta) across all company projects. These templates allow administrators to quickly assign permission levels, ensuring consistent access settings and user capabilities throughout the organization.

When editing the Project Permissions Template, grant users 'Admin' access to the Model Manager (Beta) tool. Currently, only Admin permissions are available. 'Read-Only' and 'Standard' permission levels are coming soon.

  1. Acesse a ferramenta Permissões da empresa.

  2. Clique na guia Modelos de permissões do projeto .

  3. Ao lado do modelo de permissões, clique em Ações e selecione Editar modelo.

  4. Para cada ferramenta Procore de nível de projeto, selecione o nível de permissão para o modelo:

    • Padrão. Concede acesso padrão à ferramenta do Procore.

      • Se disponível, marque o caixa de verificação de qualquer permissão granular que deseje conceder.

    • Administrador. Concede acesso de administrador à ferramenta do Procore.

  5. Clique em Salvar e selecione uma das seguintes opções:

    • Salvar.

    • Salve & Retornar às permissões da empresa.
