    • Schedules group by template: Inspection schedules automatically group by their associated template.

    • Set creation lead times: You can choose how many days before the due date an inspection instance is created.

    • Working days apply: Due dates automatically adjust to your project's configured working days.

    • Edit fields in the template: You must modify the Type, Trade, and Description fields directly within the inspection template itself.

    • To create a inspection schedules for equipment, you must first configure the following settings:

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.

  2. Click Create.
    Note: If your company doesn't have Company level inspection templates set up, you will first need to create an inspection template before this button will be active.

  3. Select Inspection Schedule.

  4. From the drop-down menu, select a default inspection template from the list of templates.
    Note: You must Add an Inspection Template to Your Project if you haven't done this yet.

  5. Enter the relevant information for each field. Afficher/Masquer les champs

  6. Enter the relevant inspection information for each field. Afficher/Masquer les champs

  7. Click Create.

  8. Optional: Under Inspection Items Preview, review the inspection items and their response options.

  9. Click Create.
